The University of Findlay was established in the year 1882 as a private Christian university in Findlay, Ohio, USA. The institution came into existence through a joint partnership between the Churches of God General Conference and the city of Findlay. University of Findlay has nearly 80 undergraduate programs of study leading to baccalaureate degrees and offers 11 master’s degrees and five doctorate-level degree programs. And over the years, the institution has grown to compete with other high ranked institution in terms of skill personnel, good environment and equipment for learning.
The University offers scholarships to local and international students. The University of Findlay believes in recognizing your hard work through scholarships for undergraduate and graduate students. Findlay’s scholarships are based on your cumulative grade point average and graduate students can earn additional scholarships for earning a good score on the GRE or GMAT tests.
And there is not a separate application process to be awarded a scholarship at Findlay. Scholarships are applied automatically as part of the admittance process.
Undergraduate Merit Scholarships
1.Trustee Scholarship
G.P.A. Requirement: 3.95 or higher
Scholarship Amount: $21,000 a year/renewable each year
2. Presidential Scholarship
G.P.A. Requirement: 3.75-3.94
Scholarship Amount: $19,000 a year/renewable each year
3. International Scholar Award
Scholarship Amount: 2.0 – 2.74
Scholarship Amount: $12,000 a year/renewable each year
Graduate Student Scholarships
1. Master’s Environmental, Safety and Health Management Scholarship
Scholarship Amount: $2,000 over course of the program
2. GMAT Scholarship (Awarded for earning a score of 550 or higher on the GMAT)
$1,000 over the course of the program
